Job Description

● Supporting the implementation of legal and regulatory compliance processes. ● Responsible for assessing non-compliance risk, management of the non-compliance and implementing necessary controls, auditing, reporting compliance team activities, implementing the second layer of control. ● Compiling, maintaining, and updating the compliance universe in order to determine non-compliance risks and assess risks’ seriousness. ● Creating collective awareness in the company and Continuous audit. ● Identifying non-compliance risks. ● Updating and completing the compliance guidelines and other guidelines related to the compliance function. ● Determining inherent risk and residual risk after each control. ● Being the contact point for the compliance matters (e.g. in relation with the Group Compliance, external auditors, third-party compliance requirements, etc.). ● Establishment of effective communications with all departments, continuous training and preparation, and updating of educational compliance content (e.g. handbook, etc.). ● Whistleblower contact point in connection with any possible breach of the compliance requirements. ● Suggesting and implementing necessary contractual changes.
