Job Description

Legal Assistant performs activities related to the drafting of relevant legal documents for the department; assists in budget, claims and contracts, performs legal research, prepares documents and obtains relevant records for litigation. Main Responsibilities: • Reviewing drafted contracts for Legal Manager/Director approval. • Ensuring compliance of contracts with legal obligations. • Archiving different types of contracts. • Translating different legal documents (e.g. Contracts Power of attorneys) • Responsible for the company legal correspondence. • Maintaining the company’s legal archive. • Property evaluation in different provinces based on the sales team request. • Following up the notary office tasks, tracking all relative documents and recording them. • Acting as the company legal representative in the Labour office in respect of any complaints from the employees. • Acting as the legal counsel in some cases.

Requirements

Education: • Minimum Bachelor degree in Law Experience: • Minimum 2 years preferably in a reputable law firm Skills: • Familiar with the internal process in the Justice department • Fluent in Farsi & English • Good filing skills • Sufficient Knowledge of Word & Excel • Good communication skills • Good administrative correspondence skills • Problem-solving skills
