Job Description

Reviewing the current contracts and generating new contracts in whole engineering, procurement and construction aspect, with client and subcontractors. Create claim packages with all related studies in contract and able to propose it.Participate in legal and contractual meeting in Persian or English language.

Requirements

Good knowledge in law and legal teems, graduated in law from a well known university AT least 8 years experience in EPC contractor companies with same position. Fluent in English and able to negotiate and corresponding in both Farsi and English language for legal and contractual subject.
