Job Description

• Review and edit contracts. • Conduct the company related registry affairs and pursuing the results. • Compile the minutes of the assembly meetings and follow up on the related registry affairs.. • Implement and manage the conducted contracts. • Follow up on claims and occasionally conduct the bills.

Requirements

• University qualification: bachelor's or master's degree in law • Contract related knowledge: Contracting methods, contracts legal and regulatory requirements, contract-related financial and insurance considerations. • Mastery of business law and familiarity with all types of companies
