- To support the Leasing Manager on all leasing works of Shopping Centre including tenant relations with observing the ethical rules and strategic decisions of MallMark.
- To support the Leasing Manager also on implementing maximum revenue-oriented management with establishing coordination and motivation of his/her team.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Business Administration .
- Other certifications obtained: Bachelors and above .
- Nature and length of previous experience: Leasing and Sales.
- Specialist knowledge: Communications/ ability to persuade .
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Teamwork, Communications Skill, Adaptability .
