Job Description
● Collaborate with management to identify company training content needs.
● Design, develop, deliver and evaluate training and professional development programs that enhance the competencies of employees at all levels.
● Develop and prepare training and professional development materials including presentations, participant guides, online/web content, videos, and content from external resources and partners.
● Responsible for administering the onboarding Program that includes the new hire in processing, orientation, initial training, and coordination with the hiring team.
● Provide guidance and assistance to employees and managers related to the performance management process, including feedback, skill development, coaching, and mentoring.
● Conduct analysis and makes recommendations based on the performance management metrics.
● Conduct annual workforce engagement surveys with follow-on focus groups as necessary to understand, refine and formulate strategies to address areas of need.
● Engage and collaborate within HR and other areas to identify resource needs, expertise and support to provide holistic and comprehensive organizational development plans and strategies for implementation.
● Perform special assignments and activities based on expertise and opportunity as they become available or are identified.
