Job Description

We are looking for a learning and development expert to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance in alliance with the company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training interventions. Responsibilities: ● Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses. ● Identify training needs of employees according to job characteristics, strategies, future plans of the organization, and job development path. ● Design training courses and Individual Development Plan (IDP). ● Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path. ● Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans. ● Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals. ● Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results. ● Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions. ● Deliver training courses. ● Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees' work behavior. ● Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes. ● Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development. ● Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness. ● Monitor training dashboards and KPIs. ● Maintain personnel training records. ● Update the relevant docs and forms with improved processes, procedures, and documentation; review procedure documents frequently for accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, HR, or related fields. ● Minimum 3 years of experience as a learning specialist or similar roles in the professional environment. ● Mastery of standard ISO 10015. ● Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. ● Strong attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Upper-Intermediate command of English. ● Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting. ● Adequate knowledge of learning management software. ● Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques. ● Familiarity with talent management and succession planning. ● Ability to conduct a cost-benefit analysis and calculate ROI training. ● Sound decision-making and organizational skills. ● Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
