- Needs assessment of training and holding meetings related to personnel educational plans. - Preparing educational standard. - Preparing educational calendar. - Preparing an e-learning program calendar. - Planning to implement training courses. - Designing and using evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness method of training - Evaluating the educational materials prepared by the instructors. - Negotiating the way of holding and the cost of training courses with educational institutions or teachers. - Monitoring training costs and preparing training budget reports - Preparing and updating the training report for all employees

Requirements

- Fluent in a variety of standard performance management models - Familiar with mentoring models - Familiar with coaching models - Mastering the pattern of human resources maturity - Fluent in English - Have a bachelor's degree or higher in the field of human resource management
