About the department: The lean and HR department consists of 3 sub-departments including HR, training and development, and cLEAN (internal term covers lean activities.) it has a team of four employees. The position: In Novo Nordisk Local Manufacturing Tehran (LMT) the HR Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the cLEAN and HR Department. Leading the team as well as developing and implementing LMT People and Organization (P&O) strategy in compliance with Novo Nordisk values (NNWay) and local laws and regulations. This position will also act as HR Business Partner for the LMT Management and must ensure proper execution of key HR activities at the on-site level, linking them to the business needs and supporting the business priorities. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: ● Ensure proper maintenance of HR processes and systems in full compliance with local labor legislation and corporate requirements to assist business strategy. ● Recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent and succession planning, and C&B management. You will be responsible for the training system ensuring compliance with NN, GMP, and local requirements and personnel administration. ● Implement and assist with the organizational strategy in close partnership with site management. ● Develop and drive activities aimed to help the business needs from the organizational perspective and drive annual HR processes. ● Ensure employer value proposition promoting Novo Nordisk as the best employer. Assist with the attraction and retention of the best employees and certify that the managers are well-trained and equipped with the proper systems, tools, and competencies in people management. ● Act as a guardian of the corporate values anchored in NNWay, taking proper actions to ensure a high level of engagement in and healthy working environment and closely collaborating with other parts of the global Novo Nordisk organization to ensure the alignment of the processes implemented.

Requirements

● Master's degree in HR or other relevant areas. ● 5 years of practical experience in several HR areas as well as 3 to 5 years of leadership experience, preferable from leading HR teams. ● Knowledge of the labor legislation of Iran. ● Experience with the pharmaceutical or other regulated industries is an advantage. ● Fluent in English written and spoken good communication.
