Job Description

-Answering calls, taking messages -Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments -Arranging and contact for interview -Preparing the Payment Request and Petty Cash -Apply Visa, booking hotels and ticket, CIP service and renting car -Typing, preparing and collating correspondences and reports -Managing database -Acting as a receptionist, meeting and greeting clients -Preparing time sheet of personnel of administrative systems -Inputting all data include of vacation and assignment in administrative system -Incorporation with all different departments in company (finance, marketing, sales, customer service) -Follow up and preparing required documents to Insurance Company -Recording and scanning all documents from personnel -Deliver all asset (laptop, mobile, and pc) to new personnel and receive receipt -Ordering lunch for guests -Coordination for parking lot for guests -Arranging with required companies (for supporting, maintenance, guarantees such as telecom, fire extinguisher) -Support HR to maintenance of vacation and assignment records

Requirements

-Outstanding Excel and word skills -Strong business commitment -Excellent communication skills -Self-confident, flexible and proactive -Ability to work under pressure and Being accurate -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines -Being able to work with all levels of staff within the company and outside -Ability to work in a team based environment -Passionate in accepting new responsibilities -Gender Preference: Female -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 33
