Job Description
-Prepare legal documents for registering companies, trademarks and brands -Follow up on registering companies, trademarks and brands -Follow up on referral legal issues by company’s units -Follow up on record keeping and legal affairs and contracts by referral of superiors -Reviewing and commenting on legal complaints from employees and other institutions and individuals and presenting outcomes to superiors -Collection and examination of contracts in accordance with applicable guidelines and rules and regulations -Prepare legal and corporate documents for routine legal -Provide legal advice and opinion on legal matters to minimize exposure to liabilities and disputes -Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and documents for the business -Writing legal guidelines -Writing a legal and criminal bills -Organizing, maintaining and updating contracts database and archive, utilizing electronic tools as directed for such goal
Requirements
-Bachelor degree in law from reputable universities -Over 1 year of experience in a similar position in legal offices or courts -Excellent oral and written communication skills -In-depth knowledge of laws & regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications -Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns -Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel -Familiar with all legal and judicial affairs, with the following terms -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 43
