Job Description

Law expert, familiar with all legal and judicial affairs, with the following terms: - Follow up on referral legal issues by companys units - Collection and categorization of all relevant laws, regulations, and internal judicial and legal guidelines, as well as international sources of law - Follow up on record keeping and legal affairs and contracts by referral of superiors - Reviewing and commenting on legal complaints from employees and other institutions and individuals and presenting outcomes to superiors - Collection and examination of contracts in accordance with applicable guidelines and rules and regulations - Acting and tracking land tenure, privacy, etc. - Handle liaison work with government authority - Liaise with other function to smoothed legal transactions - Manage and control legal corporate works - Prepare legal and corporate documents for routine legal - Provide legal advice and opinion on legal matters to minimize exposure to liabilities and disputes - Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and documents for the business -Writing legal guidelines -Writing a legal and criminal bills -Entering petitions in judicial services offices -Affairs related to Notary Office -Providing required monthly reports of activities of the dept. -Organizing, maintaining and updating contracts database and archive, utilizing electronic tools as directed for such goal. -Following up Receivables Collection -Negotiate with the parties.

Requirements

Law expert, familiar with all legal and judicial affairs, with the following terms: General terms of employment applicants: 1. Citizenship of the Islamic Republish of Iran and commitment to the constitutional law. 2. Believing in Islam or one of the formal religions of the country which are mentioned in the constitutional law. 3. Having no disreputation, no criminal or conviction record which leads to deprivation of social rights. 4. No drug addiction and no record of addicting substance abuse approved by competent authorities. 5. Having military service end certificate or non-medical permanent exemption of service. 6. Having full physical and mental health and ability of performing occupational tasks. Specific terms for employment applicants: 1. Bachelor of law, all sub-disciplines (educated from approved universities) (the minimum acceptable average score for all programs is 15). 2. Having at least 5 years of working background 3. Children of employees and retired personnel of the Armed Forces have a same priority of employment. Note: transferring degrees will be possible by discretion of employment committee.
