Job Description

The purpose of this job is formulating and implementing knowledge management system scientifically at MCI. The job holder is accountable for presenting new solutions and methods for knowledge management and attempt to document and retain created knowledge in the organization. Job responsibilities • Participate in need assessment, formulation, updating and monitoring the MCI knowledge management systems and policies including procedures, agendas and subsystems. • Participate in formulation and updating knowledge map of MCI • Participate in designing knowledge management road map • Measure the knowledge management maturity of organization • Develop effective culture regarding to knowledge management • Work in a project team of implementing knowledge management processes • Help to manage knowledge management infrastructure and portal
