Job Description

The KM Specialist sits within the Knowledge Management team which employs the use of traditional and digital learning approaches to develop and implement innovative, creative, and effective ways to strategically capture and share technical knowledge, leverage good practices, and improve the effectiveness of development programs. The KM Specialist will be responsible for a wide variety of activities related to identifying, managing, packaging, and disseminating key information and provide practitioners with the tools they need to conduct better development work.

Requirements

• Proven strong IT skills in MS Office packages and the ability to learn new IT packages • Experience with knowledge management systems, processes and procedures • Proven ability to form and maintain highly effective working relationships with all levels of seniority • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to clearly and accurately convey information • Outstanding organizational skills • Tenacious approach to project management, delivery and follow-up • Creative problem-solving and ability to work under tight deadlines
