Job Description

Main Purpose of Position: - Accountable for Key Accounts sales and maintenance and achieving business plan objectives, - Whilst maximizing trade investment return within designated accounts. - Develop and maintain a professional report with defined accounts/customers Main Responsibilities: - Daily visit of assigned accounts based on agreed organization’s plan - Achieve annual targets by category within designated account(s) - Develop and maintain a professional report with defined accounts/customers - Develop and implement Account Activity plans with monthly sales reviews with customers - Accurate knowledge of product/ brand & other Key Accounts performance and propose appropriate action - Develop and implement category/ customer sales development activities within designated customer(s) - Maximize Value of Trade Investment - Prepare his/her customers analysis for his/her supervisor - Provide linkage between assigned Account(s) and other departments - Develop effective Account activities to meet marketing objectives & customer’s needs - Help related departments to resolve issues and explore potential within assigned account - Keep record of Customer visit Reports (meeting minutes) - Ensure field execution of the plans - Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade - Strict track of competitors in the market and give feedback to her/his supervisor

Requirements

Requirements: - University Degree (Business Administration, medical science, IT or relative fields) - Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Modern Trade and Key Account Handling. - Good command in Software's such as Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, and Power Point) - Good Command in English - High communication and negotiation skills - Frequent travel across the country should be accepted - Ideal Age Range: 25-30
