POSITION SUMMARY
As a key Account Supervisor, you will be responsible to achieve sales by category by maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities and build long term relationships with the customers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Delivering Sales targets within respective customers/accounts according to annual/monthly sales targets.
- Define Smart, Developmental & aggressive objectives for the assigned team on a monthly basis.
- Providing accurate forecasts based on category strategy, activities, sales history, and customer strategy plan.
- Ability to initiate new ideas to the business, especially inside the stores to have more creative executions & visibility that drive more sales.
- Drive excellence customer management by fully understanding the customer`s need/strategy and define customized planning in order to fulfill each customer`s needs.
- Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract (Visibility, shelve space, promotions, and implementations).
- Following on monthly collection and financial reconciliation with the customers.
- To handle merchandisers on their daily journey plan based on Nestlé scorecard elements and make sure they are following accordingly.
