Job Description

● Report to the national sales and operations manager. ● Responsible for the sale forecast of company products, and existing and new accounts. ● Responsible for managing and maintaining customer accounts. ● Call on physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other organizations that require medical device products as well as scientific instruments that focus on patient care and/or diagnosis. ● Coordinate with distributors and their CRM team for sales and after-sales services. ● Compliance with applicable laws in providing physicians with literature. ● Provide technical expertise and customer service to accounts. ● Responsible for after-sales and complaints handling. ● Responsible for educating new patients and managing relationships with educators. ● Gather data on marketing trends and competitive products and pricing. ● Build relationships with customers / key stakeholders to influence the acceptance and use of company products.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical, Pharma fields. Experience and knowledge: ● Previous experience in market access is preferred in the healthcare field. ● Experience working in a multicultural environment. ● Fluency in written and spoken English is a must. ● Excellent networking skills and ability to build external relations. Skills and competencies: ● Business acumen -- a deep understanding of business drivers, products, local market, competition, and forces that help build public opinions. ● Communication skills -- ability to influence at all levels and to the position/sell ideas to key stakeholders and manage expectations in line with agreed objectives. ● Build trustful and effective relationships. ● Ability to push back and challenge the status quo. ● Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. ● Project management skills.
