Job Description
- Achieving Monthly and Yearly defined sales targets in his/her assigned Account
- Execution of necessary actions for achieving monthly and yearly assigned targets (Pcs, Bundle, Mt, IRR, USD) align with company strategies, in his assigned account level
- Monitoring the performance of key accounts (Prices and Promotions executions, Orders status, ...) and presenting the report of stores sales status to higher-level managers.
- Analyzing the work performance of chain stores merchandisers and giving proper guidelines to them to achieve defined goals. Preparing work plans and giving on-Job training to chain stores merchandisers.
- Getting feedback of Key Account merchandisers to find-out the opportunities to increase the sales in stores
- Getting orders from stores considering the stock levels and company priorities in SKU and category sales
- Monitoring the assigned market at the point of competitors' activities and sharing their activities with upper-level managers.
- Providing analytical reports to upper-level managers and giving the solutions to increase the efficiency
- Execution of requested jobs by a higher-level manager
- Tracking financial claim for relevant Account
