Job Description
- Visiting chain store customers and building strong relationships with customers by understanding their strategies.
- Leading a team to track customers’ sales targets on a daily basis.
- Creating a comprehensive route-to-market plan for team members.
- Managing the distribution of brands aligns with controlling stock.
- Monitoring customers’ financial situation (their payment terms and reconciliation).
- Developing business growth per key customer including competition situation.
- Leading and managing in-store activities like promotional and sampling activities.
- Analyzing new ideas and sales opportunities for in-store activities.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the customers.
- Looking for new opportunities at customers’ store openings, customer events, additional product locations, and in-store activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry and modern trade.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal (fluency is not necessary).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A focused mind and being able to multitask.
- On-call, proactive, solution-orientated, creative, and able to think and learn quickly.
- Team leadership skills.
