Job Description

  • Visiting chain store customers and building strong relationships with customers by understanding their strategies.
  • Leading a team to track customers’ sales targets on a daily basis.
  • Creating a comprehensive route-to-market plan for team members.
  • Managing the distribution of brands aligns with controlling stock.
  • Monitoring customers’ financial situation (their payment terms and reconciliation).
  • Developing business growth per key customer including competition situation.
  • Leading and managing in-store activities like promotional and sampling activities.
  • Analyzing new ideas and sales opportunities for in-store activities.
  • Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the customers.
  • Looking for new opportunities at customers’ store openings, customer events, additional product locations, and in-store activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry and modern trade.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal (fluency is not necessary).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A focused mind and being able to multitask.
  • On-call, proactive, solution-orientated, creative, and able to think and learn quickly.
  • Team leadership skills.
