Job Description
-Establishing very strong relationship with all key account -Build and train strong sales team -Responsible for monthly target brand wise achievement (targets monitoring / monthly forecasts) -Classification account by account according to the grade definition -Creative monthly promotions with BTL activities -Registering and implementation launch plan for new products (startup co) -Preparation incentive and SFI structure for the field force to ensure the maximum output from team -Achieving strong visibility compare vs competitors -Controlling of customers payment performance regarding contract terms and following up overdue payment of customers (AGING)
Requirements
-At least 5 years’ experience in key account sales at FMCG companies -Time management skills -Team leader -Ability to work under pressure -Negotiation skills -Analytical and problem-solving skills -Positive attitude to continued learning
