Job Description

• Develop, maintain and expand strategic long-term trusting relationships with customers, key business executives and stakeholders and will work closely with various business departments in order to sustain and further develop business ties with the key customers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers • Achieve sales & marketing targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies for key accounts. • Responsible for the achievement of sales quota and is assigned key objectives/metrics relevant to key accounts. • Investigate the complaints about team performance in company and achieve high level of key accounts satisfaction • Represent the entire range of company solutions to the assigned consumers and leads the consumer’s account planning cycle and ensures that the client’s needs and expectations are met by the business. • Collect and submit key accounts feedback about company services • Analyze key accounts selection criteria according to company goals • Provide functional reports for top management

Requirements

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Aptitude in networking and building relationships • Excellent time and project management skills • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines • Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude • Energetic, motivated and articulate team player with high level of dedication • Knowledge of dry wall system will be an asset • BSc/BA in Civil Engineering or Architecture • Previous working experience as Key Account Manager for 5 years • Experience in sales and customer services of building materials will be an advantage • Good computer skills (MS Office, AUTOCAD) • Working Knowledge of English language • Knowledge of CRM preferred • Ideal Age Range: 30-45
