Job Description

● Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key sellers. ● Collect and analyze data to learn more about seller behavior. ● Act as a seller advocate with a focus on improving the seller experience and operational performance. ● Develop a complete understanding of key account needs. ● Manage communications between key sellers and internal teams to solve their problems and remove sales and operational barriers. ● Strategic planning to improve sellers’ results and implement incentivized processes to achieve maximum engagement from key sellers. ● Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. ● Deliver on-time reporting and forecasting for all required reports and documents to appropriate parties.

Requirements

● Preferably MBA or Master’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. ● Familiarity with e-commerce, startups, or online businesses. ● Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders. ● Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes. ● Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing cross-functional projects to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
