Job Description
- Identify, prospect and recruit high-potential suppliers and manufacturing partners
Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Be a business partner for new suppliers/sellers providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success based on the market insight
- Work closely with new suppliers, manufacturing partners, sellers, educating them about Batis high standards for customer experience
- Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
- Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot best suppliers, trends and pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to sellers
- Managing communications between key sellers and internal teams
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets a results oriented environment
