Job Description

-Represents the local assortment of company products and services to assigned customers -Maintains and expands relationships with a large number of national customers -Ensures assigned customers' needs and expectations are met by the company -Develops ways to grow the business -Ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces -Implementing and ensuring efficient and effective processes in the company's internal IT systems and their documentation -Optimal and consequent usage of the digital systems and initiation of optimizations for penetrating digitization of the business processes -Conducting annual planning for the sales region and the respective top customers. Adapting forecasts for top customer -Developing and implementing sales initiatives and implementing business unit initiatives -Providing consistent support for all local customers and identifying and developing top customers in the area of responsibility with more intense relationship management -Marketing the local range in compliance with the defined price bands and continuously developing the range with the TPM. The Pricing Desk/Pricing & Trading Desk Juice guidelines must be considered for sales from other ranges. The current market and customer conditions must always be considered -Encouraging procedural and organizational optimizations and implementing the corresponding measures in consultation with the line manager -Apprenticeship as food/beverage technician, brewer or similar Commercial apprenticeship with experience in the food industry -Attaining the sales, turnover and profit targets as well as introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager -Ensuring and implementing customer projects and tracking sample and quote evaluation and contract status with intervention at the customer site where necessary -Ensuring that complaints are processed in accordance with the requirements

Requirements

-B.S. /B.A. in business administration, sales or relevant field -Proven experience as a key account manager -Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels -Excellent organizational skills -Ability in problem-solving and negotiation -High level of team working skills and responsibility -Ready for traveling to other cities -Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines -Computer skills (MS Office, esp. Excel & PowerPoint) -Good communication skills -Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines -Self-organized, self-motivated, result-oriented, team worker -Excellent command of the English language (Writing & Speaking) -Experience in natural and food colors -Gender Preference: Male
