Job Description
As Key Account Manager for Modern Trade, you will have the following missions:
- Develop a national plan for Modern Trade and agree the corresponding budget (sales and investment) with Sales executive manager
- Develop a detailed activity plan by customer, and agree the corresponding KPIs (sales and costs) with Sales executive manager
- Present and negotiate the activity plan to your customers
- Prepare and supervise the detailed implementation of the activities in your customer’s stores in Tehran
- Coordinate the implementation of activities with the Distribution Manager for the stores outside Tehran
- Follow up the sales on a day-to-day basis
- Track any deviation to the plan and develop appropriate corrective measures
- Report the listings, the actual in-store distribution, the sales and the costs by customer to the Country Manager
- Monitor the Terms and Conditions negotiated by our Distributor with your customers, and ensure consistency with your activity plan
- Build strong relationships with key buyers and store staff through permanent contacts and field visits
- Look for new opportunities at your customers’ (store openings, customer events, additional product locations…)
- Contact new customers for listing purpose
- Coordination with Sales executive manager to maximize the profit.
