Job Description

•Responsible to deliver and achieve the annual sales targets in Chain Stores, HORECA & Organizations. •Maintain and manage a strong relationship with customers. •Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the accounts’ targets. •Manage the team to achieve the accounts’ targets. •Regular visits to the Chain Stores and other customers with company Sales Representatives. •Implement the new product launches as per defined plans of marketing team. •Supervise and check the customers’ requests and all payments to the company. •Develop and implement Account Activity plans with monthly sales reviews with customer •Manage and check all daily, weekly and monthly Sales reports. •Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives. •Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities •Improve conversion rate for chain store, HORECA & Organizations store. •Deliver salary, payback & commission approval for chain store department’s staff.

Requirements

•Minimum Associated Degree in Management or other field •Minimum 7 years’ experience in Key Account management. •Ability to work under pressure •Excellent English •Strong communication, negotiation presentation skills •Strong Computer Skills, (MS Office is a must) •Excellent time and project management skills •Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines •Ideal Age Range: 30-45
