Job Description

The Key Account Manager is responsible to deliver and achieve the annual sales targets in Chain Stores such as HyperStar, Hyper Me, Shahrvand, Refah, Etka, OK, Canbo and etc. while maintaining strong relationships with customers. • Achieve annual targets by category within designated account(s). • Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals: coverage, distribution, and visibility. • Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the accounts’ targets. • Manage the team to achieve the accounts’ targets. • Regular visits to the Chain Stores and other customers with company Sales Representatives. • Follow up on the financial account balance • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. • Implement the new product launches as per defined plans of Marketing team. • Supervise and check the customers’ requests and all payments to the company. • Maintain and manage a strong relationship with customers. • Identify & Resolve customers’ complaints in an effective and respectful way • Develop and implement Account Activity plans with monthly sales reviews with customer • Provide ongoing coaching to all Sales Representative and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives. • Manage and check all daily, weekly and monthly Sales reports. • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives. • Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner • Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Key Account management. • Experience in beverage industry is an advantage • Excellent English • Strong communication, negotiation presentation skills • Strong Computer Skills, (MS Office is a must) • Excellent time and project management skills • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
