Main Purpose of Position: Accountable for Key Accounts management and achieving business plan objectives, whilst maximizing trade investment return within designated accounts. Main Responsibilities: - Achieve annual targets by category within designated account(s) - Develop and implement Customer Business Plan (utilizing all components of Customer Management Best Practice referring to Customer Management Best Practice scorecard) - Develop and implement Account Activity plans with monthly sales reviews with customers - Accurate knowledge of product/ brand & other Key Accounts performance and propose appropriate action - Develop and implement category/ customer sales development activities within designated customer(s) - Maximize Value of Trade Investment - Coordination of Customer Business Review meetings - Provide linkage between assigned Account(s) and other departments - Develop effective Account activities to meet Marketing objectives & Customer’s needs - Lead related Nestle departments to resolve issues and explore potential within assigned account - Keep record of Customer Visit Reports (meeting minutes) - Ensure field execution of the plans - Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestlé Instructions and local country codes. - Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity - Support Monthly Business Planning Cycle in Nestlé Iran.
• University Degree (Business Administration, Social Sciences, etc.) • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Modern Trade and Key Account Management. • Must be fluent in English • High communication and negotiation skills
