Job Description

-Develop and maintain the strong and trustworthy relationships with important clients -Analyse and identify the upcoming needs and opportunities -Resolve key client issues and complaints -Manage communications between key clients and internal teams -Expand relationships and bring in new clients -Collaborate with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling -Negotiate with client regarding contracts and establish timeline of performance -Plan Strategically to improve client results

Requirements

-At least Bachelor Degree of management or related major -At least 3 years' experience with key accounts in retail industry -Excellent negotiation skills -Good Follow up -Strong outstanding communication & interpersonal skills -Excellent customer orientation & networking skills -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 38
