• Maintain and manage a strong relationship with customers.
• Implement, follow and measure the monthly targets week by week in order to ensure reaching the accounts’ targets.
• Implement the new product launches as per defined plans of marketing team.
• Supervise and check the customers’ requests and all payments to the company.
• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
• Analysis and identification of upcoming needs and opportunities
• Minimum B.S in Software, Hardware, IT engineering, IT management or related field.
• MBA is a Plus
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Key Account management.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent English
• Strong communication, negotiation presentation skills
• Strong Computer Skills, (MS Office is a must)
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
• Ideal Age Range: 23-35
