Job Description

• Maintain and monitor daily performance of Systems and Networks • Monitor and Troubleshoot company LAN/WAN Connections. (Stores, Region and HO Connections and Network) • Monitor troubleshooting of Company systems (Microsoft windows server (AD/DC, Share point, File Server, Print Server, Mail server), Service Desk, Call Manager, Video Conference…) • Monitor troubleshooting of virtualized environments, including hosts, networking and storage resources • Monitor, Troubleshoot and Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems. • Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. • Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the systems. • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, Network, software, and hardware. • Manage and administer all aspects of user account management such as password, group policy, and privilege management for user access • Configure, troubleshoot VoIP systems (Cisco, SIP)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in related field • At lease 2 years of experience • Fluent in English • Expert in MS Technology • Good Command in Cisco Device and Solutions, VMWare, Information Security, Network Concept, Enterprise IT infrastructures, VoIP • Familiar with Linux
