This role assists the Commercial Director with the planning, coordination and handling of day to day Marketing, commercial activities of the company and offers a dynamic, highly motivated atmosphere, Fantastic career development opportunities with the potential for this role to progress to Head of marketing in the future. In this newly created role, you will become the engine behind much of the implementation of companies marketing strategies. You will be ultimately responsible for localizing campaigns created, whilst also working with the sales team and taking your own understanding and initiative to launch local campaigns which ultimately supports the Companies sales team. As such, you must be a hands-on individual, able to multi-task, be a strong communicator and work to tight deadlines. As this role is an executive role, you are not expected to be a specialist in any particular marketing channel, but should already have a broad understanding of digital marketing as a whole, such as social media advertising, CRM, SEO and email communications. Key responsibilities: • Responsible for developing and execution of Branding plans (short & long term) • Ability to monitor/ report effectiveness and results of each program/ campaign • Ensure optimized business results through effective and efficient management of Branding and sales functions • Price adjustment and monitor the competitors price • perform and follow up all printing and packaging procedures under supervision of commercial director • Regarding market research activities, preparing related documents related to each phase of the research as: questionnaire, Discussion guide, mood board, etc. Analyze / report research for market research projects • Preparing analytical reports by addressing main trends and recommending relevant solutions referring to each trend, Cross functional activities and results • Perform the commercial paperwork and correspondence • Following up current product packaging/quality issues • meet or exceed quarterly targets based on new traded accounts and client engagement • To assist in the organization and marketing of educational events • Be responsible for preparing (monthly/yearly) sales reports from all customers categories and comparing them with plans and targets and present the results

Requirements

Qualification and competencies: • University degree, ideally in Marketing or an e-commerce related field Background • 2 years of experience in marketing, sales or commercial department (related field, food industry, FMCG experience is an advantage) • Hands on marketing oriented person preferably self-motivate • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint) • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills • Dynamic, innovative and a strong will to progress to management level • Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business, open to coaching/ learning • Ability to work in a high-pressure and in a fast-moving environment Language • Excellent knowledge of the English, both oral and written Eligibility • Responsible, committed and high level of discipline, good time management skills and punctual • Energetic/ Creative/Teamwork skills/Self-management skills • Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
