Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Liaising between departments to design specific solutions for end-users of the ERP system. - Design and implementation of business processes: Business Process Design, Business Process Modelling, Business rules, UI Design. - Continually monitoring and improving the system and procedures involving the use of ERP system, producing document where necessary. - Understanding the specific needs of the departments in order to provide expert advice and training. - Creating and designing reports within the ERP system to provide end-users with specific information. - Providing day to day support for the ERP. - Maintaining the live, test and development environments of ERP system. - Maintain and develop needed 3rd Party products that interface with the ERP. - Stay up to date with software applications changes and updates. - Get sure about accuracy of DB and ERP Backups. - Coordinate with external consultants on System Enhancement Projects and problem resolution. - Follow and implement IT policy and procedures. • Job Location: Tehran • Number of Staff to be recruited in this position: 2 • Job Duration: Permanent Position • Desired start date: ASAP • Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday: 8:00 a.m.- 17:00 p.m. Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 16:00 p.m.
