Job Description

Objective: We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, flexible and detail oriented Junior Brand Manager in our Marketing Department who will work side by side with brand manager to plan and lead the launches and push growth of pillar products and to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship. Some duties will include but not limited to: - Support brand managers in pushing growth of pillar products, to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship - Help brand manager to manage portfolio, implement new launches - Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management - Adapt the communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale) - Implement media and promotion plans - Collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy. - Effectively prepare clear messages and reports on monthly basis for the marketing manager - Read and analyze the sales data of the products and stores and propose actionable conclusions and recommendations

Requirements

-At least BA/BS degree -At least 2 years experience in related fields -Having experience in makeup and personal care business is an advantage -Have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, smart and sharp, fast learning, and enjoy working in a dynamic, deadline driven environment -Analytical and problem solving skills -Fluent in English -Familiarity with Microsoft Office,Excel,Word,PowerPoint: Intermediate -Age : 21 - 35 years -Gender : Male / Female -Military Service Status : Military Service Must Be Done
