In order to give the best possible service to Beauty Salons, the Professional Product Division of L’Oreal&Color Studio in Zarsima is looking for a Junior Brand Manager. This central role in the division reports directly to the Division manager. * Fresh graduates from international universities are welcome to apply* Main responsibilities: -Identify, develop& evaluate marketing strategy -Planning& managing the marketing budget -Design and production of sales tools and Point of Sales Material -Planning& organizing various events -Working closely with the sales team and key opinion leaders of the beauty industry -Conducting market research and regular field visits -Desired start date: ASAP -Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday: 8:15 a.m. - 17:30 p.m.
Requirements
-At least BA in related fields -Previous experience as Brand manager, also fresh graduates from international universities are welcome to apply -Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing -Thinking Creatively -Strong analytical& Strategic thinking skills -problem solving skills -Advanced Presentation and communication skills -Good team work player -Strong organizational skills -Ability to deliver business benefits / business results -Excellent project management capability -Able to develop effective relationships -Able to work cross-functionally -Drive for results and excellence -Gender Preference: Male/Female -Fluent in English
