Job Description

• Playing the role of administrator to support and develop Jira tools • Implement service management processes in accordance with ITIL v3 sales method • Managing users and accesses in Jira software • R&D on the latest version of Tools and Add-ons for better responsiveness • Integration of Jira software with other software through API (through plugins and scripting) • Work with Jira software database • Managing up-to-date maintenance of available tools and documentation for team use and team training

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Industrial, Information Technology, or Software Engineering • At least 1 year of relevant experience • Proficient in Jira software • Proficient in Jira Web Services • Mastering how tables work in Jira software database • Familiar with the concepts of agile development framework, its methodologies and distributions • Familiar with the concepts of service management and ITIL v3 sales • Familiar with Groovy for scripting in Jira • Familiar with the concepts of equipment and asset management (CMDB) • Familiar with or Proficient in Linux (Redhat base) is as an advantage • Familiar with or proficient in HTML \ CSS. JS is as an advantage • Familiar with or proficient in database concepts and work with PostgreSQL is as an advantage • Familiar with Java programming is as an advantage
