Requirements
-3 years’ experience in related fields
-Bachelor of Industrial Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Technology (Management / Engineering)
-Familiar with the concepts of IT standards and frameworks
-Mastering the ITIL Framework;
-Mastering the ITIL processes formulation
-Familiar with the modeling topics
-High planning, analysis and decision making skills
-High verbal and written communication skills
-High teamwork skills
-Passed ITIL Foundation V03 training course
-Familiarity with banking processes and systems
-Familiar with English language
