-Designing and Developing Processes based on ITIL framework.
-Continual auditing about ITIL processes activities.
-Providing reports about ITIL processes and related KPIs.
-Tracking problems in the implementation of ITIL processes to solve them completely.
Requirements
-Familiarity with service Catalogue Management، change Management،IT
-Asset Management and problem Management
-BA in computer Eng., IT & Industrial Eng.
-Educating employees about ITIL process and overseeing the progress.
-Having ITIL V3 certificate (is a must).
-At least 2 year of experience in Telecoms industry.
-Ability to work well collaboratively with other team members,exercising Good communication skills.
