Job Description

Job Duties - Website Maintenance and Technical Support - Knowledge in key areas of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) - Familiar with CSS, HTML, JQUERY and CMS (Joomla, WordPress, …) - Knowing the basics of Digital Marketing - Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults - Handling all Help Desk issues - Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports - Handling Network security (creating the necessary backups)

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications - Age: Maximum 40 years old - Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Engineering - Professional experience: Minimum 2 years (in the field of IT and Social Media) - Skills - Proficiency in the principles of Network Management - Perfect command of English language (verbal and written) - Familiar with pharmaceutical industry (pharmaceutical market and market understanding is a plus) - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Perfect MS Office proficiency - Traits: Hardworking, multitasking capability, team working, energetic, self-motivated, positive and active attitude, willing to take responsibility
