Job Description

• Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP • Good knowledge of office program, Photoshop and programming. • Mastering of CCTV, fire alarm system and central phone system. • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests • Providing technical support across the company • Setting up accounts for new users • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary • Advertising and marketing by using the Web and email to drive direct sales via electronic commerce. • Providing, translating and publishing engaging and creative content for social media based on content strategy. • Monitoring and maintaining Hotel program and door key cards program.
