Job Description
To support our rapidly expanding organization, we are looking for an IT Technician who will be part of our IT Team in executing their current and future projects while providing efficient services to the staff with their IT needs. Duties include but not limited to: - Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications - Troubleshoot system and network problems - Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults - Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues - Technical writing and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field - At least 2 years solid experience in IT hardware and proven knowledge in IT networking is a plus - Job related trainings and certifications are advantages - Highly efficient in providing support to employees' IT needs and issues - Teamwork oriented, capable of handling pressure and multiple tasks - Very good communication skills in English spoken and written - Male - a dynamic, active and energetic individual
