Job Description

•Manage BIT systems: -Manage usage, operation and maintenance of IT systems -Drive development in system maintenance processes and define system strategy (as applicable) -Suggest improvements to ensure the best possible functionality of IT systems -Manage systems configuration -Ensure compliance with NN QMS and US/EU export control regulations -Lead SAB/CAB meeting -Manage releases and updates -Ensure the collaboration between different system vendors -Utilize new IT technologies in accordance with business requirements •Manage BIT infrastructure and security: -Maintain the IT infrastructure to ensure service availability in the Affiliate -Ensure data backup for files and local applications -Manage systems configuration -Manage virus protection and security patching -Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs -Lead SAB/CAB meeting -User administration and VPN certificates management -Utilize new IT technologies in accordance with business requirements -Support network, server and telecommunications infrastructure •Provide effective systems support for the business: -Ensure that high quality additional support processes and tools are in place and continuously functioning effectively -Create user awareness of the support processes, as well as resources required to utilise the systems -Ensure user satisfaction with IT systems •Promote collaboration among functions and/or affiliates: -Ensure optimal collaboration among functions using the IT systems -Maintain a collaborative relationship towards project organization involved in rolling out new systems and solutions •Manage vendors: -Maintain collaborative relationship with different vendors -Manage services and service levels (SLAs) with key vendors •Assist and collaborate in project implementation: -Assist with the implementation of corporate and regionally driven IT activities and projects -Assist with application development according to business needs -Support the implementation of new software systems -Assist and collaborate with BIT change management processes -Assist and collaborate in quality management of BIT projects
