Job Description
•Main Objective:
In the IT Support role, you would be responsible for the IT support of users, troubleshooting technical issues, hardware and software roll outs, hardware and software maintenance, training users, and supporting efforts to ensure compliance and security.
•Main Responsibilities:
-Provide IT support for software, hardware and network
-Ensure that all support calls are resolved and addresses in accordance with the SLA
-Analyze user issues and escalate them to the appropriate area when necessary
-Roll out hardware and software
-User administration
-Provide IT training to users
-Update security patching in order to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk standards
-Support network, server and telecommunications infrastructure
-Develop and refine operating procedures
-Assist with the implementation of corporate and regionally driven IT activities and projects
-Identify users’ needs and suggest solutions to management
