Job Description
The IT support expert is primarily responsible for provisioning, maintaining, and operating computer systems, software, and networks.
Duties include:
● User management e.g. registration and maintenance of accounts in the active directory
● Manage accesses and permissions
● Purchase new IT equipment based on IT requirements, budget, and Corporate IT standards
● Develop and maintain IT vendor and partner relationships
● Handle spare parts
● Provide PC hardware and software support
● Configure, and support internal and/or external networks.
● Troubleshoot network performance issues
● Implement, maintain and monitor system backups, and data files and monitor system configuration to ensure data integrity.
