We are an IT-based company looking for an expert about network and it security. -Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computers systems, software and hardware -Respond to persons queries over the phone or email -Maintain daily performance of computer systems -Coordinate preventive maintenance for equipment -Follow up with clients to ensure issues has been resolved -Review and update Help Desk documentation as assigned
