Job Description

•Main Objective: As IT Support you will be mainly responsible for IT support and troubleshooting, hardware and software rollouts, hardware and software maintenance, system administration, training users, compliance and security. •Main responsibilities: -Provide IT support for software, hardware and network -Ensure that all support calls are resolved and addressed in accordance with the SLA -Analyze user issues and escalate them to the appropriate area when necessary -Rollout hardware and software -User administration -Provide IT training for users -Update security patching in order to ensure compliance with Novo Nordisk standards -Support network, server and telecommunications infrastructure -Ensure that all information is backed up according to Novo Nordisk standards, local laws and regulations -Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and applications logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs -Develop and refine operation and maintenance procedures -Assist with the implementation of corporate and regionally driven IT activities and projects -Identify users’ needs and suggest solutions to management

Requirements

-At least 3 years’ experience in supporting users and administering IT systems -Experience with Microsoft environments, Linux (OpenBSD) environments, Huawei network equipment, cross-culture interactions will be an advantage -Analytical and problem solving abilities -Clear communication skills -Networking & interpersonal skills -Fluent in both written and spoken English
