Job Description
-Maintain daily performance of computer systems -Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware -provide and manage maintenance contracts for IT related H/W and services -Perform IT asset and warehouse management -Resolve minimal technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) -Install, implement and maintain application control and other security programs -Consult with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions -Maintain server room (small scale) environmental and monitoring equipment -Implement and Perform data backup operations -Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures -Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale -Develop training materials and procedures and train users according to policies
Requirements
-Systems Administration/System Engineer Comprehensive knowledge or certification in Microsoft MCSE -Familiar with Implementation and maintenance of system virtualization using VMware ESXi -Familiar with network security appliances or related network security certifications -Familiar with structured cabling -Familiar with Backup methods -Familiar with Mikrotik concepts -Familiar with different fiber standards and recognition of different types of them -Install and implement CCTV camera and monitoring room -Strong reporting and presentation skills -Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills -MSc in Computer Engineering or IT from governmental universities -At least 3 years work experience in relevant fields -Demonstrated ability to present and discuss complex technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding and approval -Leadership and organizational abilities -Fluency in English -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 27 - 35
