Job Description

-Install, analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate security and virus protection software. -Perform security and virus protection software maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal risk. -Provide technical assistance to the software (Anti-Virus) users. -Answer questions or resolve problems for clients in person , or via telephone or email.
