A challenging job with a variety of subjects in Networking and IT Security field:
Modify, install, and support the IT infrastructures (LANs, WANs, and Internet and intranet systems).
Develop, implement and maintain desktop support processes and policies to support the delivery of high-quality services.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Write training manuals and train computer users about IT solutions and policies.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
University qualifications: BSc in any IT related filed or Software / Hardware Engineering
Network+ and MCSE certified
At least 3 years of IT experience
Experience in providing technical help desk support to end users
Good communication and team working skills
High problem solving and decision making skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
Ability to pro-actively learn new technology, processes and other skills
Successful candidates must be familiar with supporting virtualized infrastructure, and have experience with leading technologies such as VMware, Symantec and HP
Familiarity with the following is asset for the position: Antivirus, Firewall, NOC, VSAN concepts and platforms, Backup Solutions, Mail servers.
