• Manage day-to-day activities of Incident Management, Problem Management, Capacity Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Security Management, Business Relationship Management, Supplier Management, Continuity Management, Availability Management, Financial Management, Service Level Management and Service Desk Management

Requirements

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. • Minimum: Five 7 years job related experience. • ITIL Certification required. • Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and the IT service management model. • Excellent leadership and customer service skills • Demonstrated technical understanding with ability to translate into business concepts. • Very strong written and oral communication skills. • A good understanding of the organization’s business and how IT contributes to it. • Deep experience in reviewing, managing and reporting RCAs • 24/7 availability
